  • Outpatient Programs

    The Anxiety & OCD Clinic Melbourne has developed a series of innovative Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programs for the treatment of Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Hoarding and related disorders. These programs are:
    • Intensive - consists of scheduled 3-hour sessions. The individualised program could include de-cluttering, social anxiety or phobia treatment, or exposure and response prevention for OCD.
    • Group therapy where a number of participants are taught how to apply CBT strategies in their daily life.
    • Individual therapy sessions for up to 1 hour.

    Research

    Our team is developing a new research project to measure the effectiveness of our intensive treatment program for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This project will be conducted in partnership with The University of Melbourne with the generous support of the Psyche Foundation, a not for profit charitable foundation. The current status of the project is that an application has been made to The University of Melbourne for research and ethics approval.
  • Hoarding Treatment

    The Anxiety & OCD Clinic Melbourne will continue to offer its specialised De-Clutter and Therapy support team to assist in dealing with difficult hoarding and squalor presentations. This treatment initiative is proving an effective intervention for those clients with complex presentations.
  • Hoarding Therapy Group 

    The Hoarding Therapy Group is held at Suite 6, 140 Church St, Richmond on the 3rd Thursday of every second month.
  • OCD Annual Conference

    Dr Mogan is planning to attend the 27th Annual OCD Conference in Seattle, Washington in July-August 2020.
  • Education

    Hoarding and Squalor educational sessions will be offered in Melbourne 2019. Inquires regarding educational sessions can be made by ringing the office.
